Flour-less pancakes are all the rage these days. Have you ever added almond butter to it? So delicious because banana and most nut butters go so well together.
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana (the riper the sweeter)
- 1 egg or flaxseed
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbs butter for frying or coconut oil
- Cut banana (for easy mashing), mash
- Add egg to banana and mix well
- Add almond butter and mix
- Add butter to pan and cook on low-medium heat until brown on each side
