It’s my goal everyday to offer balanced meals to my son. Sometimes, it’s a struggle to find new protein sources for breakfast. I decided to add quinoa to our oatmeal for a little protein boost. You can also add some peanut butter for even more protein.
Just make your oatmeal per instructions and add 2 tbs of cooked quinoa. Top it with some fruit and add a little honey. Voila!
Tip: No honey before one
