Baking Directions
No air fryer? No problem. You can preheat your oven to 400F. Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray it with a little cooking spray and cook for about 25 minutes. I'd use a food thermometer to make sure it cooks perfectly. Internal temperature of chicken should be 165F. Another idea is to serve these with your favorite alfredo sauce, like below.
Cook's Tips:
- Don't overcook these! Depending on your oven cook times may vary. The size of your cookie scoop may also play a factor. Just check it frequently and you should be good to go!
- Don't have an air fryer or oven? Just form these into thin patties and cook them in a little olive oil! Tastes great as well!
FAQ:
- Can you freeze these?
- Yes you can. I don't keep any frozen items in the freezer for more than a month, that's just personal preference. Reheat in your air fryer and serve again when needed.
- How long will it keep in the fridge?
- You can happily keep them in the fridge for 3 days. Either reheat it in your air fryer again or a quick microwave reheat.
