In a shallow dish, mix egg, cream, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir until well combined and set aside.

On one side of the bread add cream cheese and top with strawberries.Add another piece of bread on top.

Cut into sticks if desired.

Dip into egg mixture, shaking off excess

In a pan, on medium heat add butter and place each french toast stick to cook

Brown each side

Serve with maple syrup if desired.
