- 1 can garbanzo beans organic if possible
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tbs. coconut sugar
- 1 tbs. maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400F
Wash garbanzo beans and drain
Rub off shells and remove (don't worry about removing it all, just try to)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake garbanzo beans for 20-30 minutes, check every 15 minutes and shake baking sheet for even cooking
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
When beans are crispy, transfer them to a bowl and mix in maple syrup mixture
Bake for another 5 minutes to carmelize
Cool and allow to dry and serve
