Preheat oven to 350F

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, onions, spinach and salt

Carve out the middle of a pretzel roll or store bought french roll

Pour in mixture into the center of the bread

Place prepared rolls onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until egg sets

Allow to cool and decorate mummy
