Tangerine Jellies

This vitamin c packed treat is so easy to make and fun for the kiddos! It takes just 3 ingredients to make and you have the option of making it vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. fruit juice we used Califia 100% Tangerine Juice
  • 1 tbs agar agar vegan or gelatin
  • 1 tbs. agave to taste or honey

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan, pour fruit juice.
  • Mix in agar agar or gelatin and simmer for at least 5 minutes
  • Add agave or honey and stir until well combined
  • Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Eat immediately
